Our Directors
Vidhu Bhargava is a sports management professional with 4+ years of experience delivering large scale national and international events . An NCC C-Certificate holder, national-level air rifle shooter, trained mountaineer and skiier, and a karate brown belt holder, she has personally lived the discipline and resilience that comes from dedicated physical practice. This is precisely why the Aurairidium mission resonates with her — she believes Kung Fu, self-defense, and wellness practices are powerful tools for empowerment that deserve to reach communities where they remain largely inaccessible. As Director, she brings operational expertise and a deep personal commitment to turning that belief into ground-level impact.
Archna Bhargava is the co-founder and guiding force behind Aurairidium Souls Foundation. A diploma holder in Fashion Designing, she brings a creative sensibility and a lifelong instinct for nurturing growth in others. As the foundational pillar of the family that built this organisation, her values — patience, discipline, and care — are woven into the Foundation's very identity. While not involved in day-to-day operations, she provides the wisdom, perspective, and grounding that keeps the foundation rooted in its purpose. Aurairidium is, in many ways, a reflection of what she has always stood for.
Akshi Bhargava is a certified Kung Fu and Chi Kung Instructor (Level 2, Nam Yang Pugilistic Association) with hands-on teaching experience at the renowned Nam Yang Kung Fu Retreat in Thailand. Holding a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga and a Master's in financial markets, she brings a rare combination of mind-body expertise and structured thinking to the Foundation. An artist, skier, and creative mind with a deep love for art, craft, and expression, Akshi has never treated martial arts as just a discipline — for her, it has always been a way of life. Aurairidium Souls Foundation is the natural expression of that belief: a space where Kung Fu, self-defense, and wellness come together and are made accessible to those who have never had the opportunity to encounter them. As a Director of the Foundation, she leads its vision, curriculum, and community with the depth of someone who has both lived and taught the practice.
